This 7 days Uganda tour is an amazing holiday that will take you to Mgahinga gorilla national park, Lake Mburo national park and Lake Bunyonyi which is the deepest lake in Uganda. During the 7 days Uganda tour, you will be able to view different animals such as buffaloes, leopards, elands, impalas, giraffes, zebras, warthogs, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, oribi, hippos among others during the game drives and boat cruise.
You will also be able to spend time with the chimpanzees in their natural habitat during chimpanzee trekking experience.

Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to a hotel in Entebbe
Depending on your arrival time at Entebbe international airport on the first day of 7 days Uganda tour, you will be welcomed by our driver guide who will brief you about the safari and then transfer to the lodge in Entebbe for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Transfer to Mgahinga gorilla national park
After breakfast on the second day of the 7 days Uganda tour, you will check out of the hotel and meet up with your driver guide to start your journey to Mgahinga gorilla national park. It’s a whole day journey and on the way you will have a stopover for en-route lunch and then proceed with beautiful views on the way. Upon arrival you will check into the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Gorilla trekking in Mgahinga gorilla national park

After an early breakfast on the third day of the 7 days Uganda tour, you will carry packed lunch and meet up with your driver guide to transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing about the rules, regulations and expectations of gorilla trekking. After the briefing you will start trekking in the jungle with an experienced park guide who is well conversant with gorilla trekking trails. Gorilla trekking in Mgahinga gorilla national park takes about 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on where the gorillas are located because they like to move from one place to another in search of food. During trekking you will be able to view other primate species, bird species, mammals, different plant and tree species among others. Once the gorilla family is located you will be able to spend one hour with the gorillas where you will get an opportunity to watch them carry out their daily activities, learn about their behaviors, habits, take photos and record the breathtaking moments to show people back home. After the one hour experience, you will trek back to the park headquarters where you will meet up with your driver guide and return back to the lodge for an evening relaxation, dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Golden monkey trekking in Mgahinga gorilla national park

After an early breakfast on the fourth day of the 7 days Uganda tour, you will meet up with your driver guide to transfer to the park headquarters for a golden monkey briefing. After the briefing you will start trekking in the jungle with an experienced park guide in search of the golden monkeys which tales about 30 minutes to 5 hours depending on where they are located because they like to move from one place to another in search of food.
Once the golden monkeys are located you will be able to spend one hour with them where you will get an opportunity to watch them carry out their daily activities, learn about their behaviors, habits, watch them play in trees, take photos and record the breathtaking moments to show people back home. After the one hour experience, you will trek back to the park headquarters where you will meet up with your driver guide and return back to the lodge for lunch where after you will spend the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi-boat ride
On the fifth day of the 7 days Uganda tour, you will have breakfast at leisure, check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to start the journey to Lake Bunyonyi which is the deepest fresh water lake in Uganda. Upon arrival you will go for an amazing boat ride where you will be able to explore the 29 islands, enjoy stunning views of the highlands, terraced farmlands, water birds among others. After the boat ride, you will drive to the lodge for lunch where after you will spend the rest of the day relaxing at the lodge or engage in optional activities like zip lining, guided nature walk, cultural tour among others.
Day 6: Transfer to Lake Mburo national park-walking safari
After breakfast on the sixth day of the 7 days Uganda tour, you will checkout of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to transfer to Lake Mburo national park. On the way you will have en-route lunch and enjoy great views of the countryside, Kigezi hills among others and upon arrival, you will go for a walking safari in the park where you will get up-close and personal with different wildlife species, listen to sweet sounds of bird species, enjoy the quiet and cool breeze among others. After the nature walk, you will connect to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Morning game drive and departure to Kampala
After an early breakfast on the last day of the 7 days Uganda tour, you will meet up with your driver guide to go for a short morning game drive where you will be able to view some of the animals like buffaloes, waterbucks, elands, impalas, oribi, giraffes, zebras, topi, warthogs among others. After the game drive, you will drive out of the park and start the journey back to Kampala with en-route lunch on the way and another stopover at the Equator in Kayabwe where you will take photos, buy souvenirs among others. From the Equator, you will proceed to Kampala arriving early evening and upon arrival, your driver guide will drop you off at Entebbe international airport for your departure flight or drop off at any place of convenience.
