3 Days Kidepo national park Safari is an amazing trip that will give you one of the best wildlife experiences in Africa. On this trip to kidepo national park, you will be engaged into many activities in a course of three days as detailed below;
Day 1: Drive to Kidepo and afternoon Game Drive
To be able to manage time, you will be met by your driver guide as early as 5 am to start your long day drive to Kidepo national park. Kidepo is located far North-eastern park of Uganda in the Karamojong region in the district of Kaabong. You will have several stopovers for stretching and lunch in some of the towns like Gulu or Kitgum. Arrive late night in the park and connect to your lodge/accommodation facility to your late night dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning game drive/Hot springs visit in Kidepo Valley – evening game drive
Wake up early to kick start the 3 days kidepo national park safari with breakfast then meet your driver for a morning game drive in Kidepo valley, enjoy views of the mountains and expect to see a good number of animals including; the loins, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, hyenas, elephants, ostriches and cheetahs which can only be found in this park to mention a few, en route visit the hot spring. Return for your lunch and relax at your lodge while taking rest.
In the evening, head out for a game drive in the magical Narus Valley where you will have many chances of seeing a range of game including the herds of Cape Buffaloes, African elephants, Jackson’s Hartebeest, Klipspringer, Jackals and possibly Lions among others before heading back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Apoka Safari lodge/Nga Moru Wilderness camp as above.
Day 3: Drive back to Kampala/Entebbe
You will conclude the 3 days Kidepo National Park safari on this day by having breakfast, then immediately meet your drive for yet another long drive back to Kampala with en route stopovers for stretching and lunch. Arrive in Kampala late night. Ensure you do not have a departing flight on this day. You will be dropped off at a hotel you will advise in Kampala.
